Biowarfare Agent Detection
Tue, 4th March 2008Sensitive and rapid detection of biological warfare agents is an ongoing defence and homeland security requirement. In recent months INEX and Lockheed Martin UK INSYS have been working closely together to develop system models to guide technology development based on performance and whole life cost criteria. This work has now moved to a more intense phase with the establishment of a joint programme of research directed at the rapid prototyping of a demonstration system (Contact: ken.snowdon@inex.org.uk).
