INEX is a contract development, manufacturing & commercialisation centre for specialist electronic devices, microsystems and nanotechnology (MNT). It works with technology innovators and systems integration firms worldwide to develop and commercialise new technologies and products.
INEX is the largest Microsystems and Nanotechnology facility in the UK with microfabrication clean rooms, packaging & test facilities, analytical and bioscience laboratories, and associated business incubator. It is the largest third strand unit of Newcastle University.
