Professor Ken Snowdon, Managing Director & Director of Business Development
Ken Snowdon founded INEX in 2002 as part of a regional high technology cluster development initiative. He is a senior technology manager with extensive international experience in surface science (UK, Germany, US), nanotechnology, and knowledge-based cluster development. He holds BSc (Australia), PhD (UK), and Habilitation (Germany) degrees.

George King has more than 16 years experience in high technology project management, contracts management, and engineering, primarily in a multinational defence environment. He was formerly Senior Engineer, Joyce-Loebl; European Project / Contracts Manager for Military Aerospace Defensive Systems, Petards; and PFI Project Manager, Tyco.

Martin Lawrence has over 10 years experience as an ACA accredited management accountant in public and private sector organisations, with CTA accredited taxation expertise.
Mr Colin Walmsley, Quality Manager
Colin Walmsley has a long track record of achieving and maintaining quality certification (to Def STD 05-21 & 0524, ISO 9000, 9001:2000, 9001:2008) for semiconductor and other high technology facilities (National Semiconductor, Marconi, Linton, Hirst, AVX Kyocera, Renault, Siemens, Atmel, and INEX).
Mr Alistair Brown, Engineering Manager
Alistair Brown has deep cross-functional mangement and technical experience in semiconductor process development, production, and equipment maintenance, having in previous roles managed process engineering, process equipment, and factory automation groups working within high volume microelectronics facilities and equipment OEM's such as Atmel, Siemens, ST Microelectronics, NEC, Alcatel and Canon Europa.
Mr Paul Weatherburn, Facilities Manager
Paul Weatherburn is an experienced Facilities Manager, having exercised roles in the management and maintenance of equipment and facilities in the Semiconductor and Automotive Industries (Welwyn Electrical Components, Sommer Allibert & Fauracia). He has extensive experience in Total Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, Problem Solving Techniques, Project Management, Facilities Management plus planning and budgetary control of equipment installation.
